Mental Training Insights

Performing mental training and visualization three to five times a week is shown to be most effective for enhancing skills you've already practiced in the real world. Once you've consolidated a skill, ongoing mental training isn't necessary to maintain performance. However, mental imagery can significantly improve speed and accuracy, especially for tasks you've already demonstrated some proficiency in.
