Finding Small Programs

Ilya and Lex discuss the possibility of finding small programs with neural networks. Ilya explains that while it hasn't been done yet, it should be possible in principle. He suggests that if humans can do a cognitive function, then it shouldn't take long for a neural network to do it as well. Lex agrees, noting that neural networks have continued to surprise us.
