Centralized Control

Lex Fridman characterized the leadership as being surrounded by "yes men" and having a lot of centralized control. Ray Dalio clarified that the characterization was too black and white, and that there is a collective leadership at the top with jockeying for power. He compared it to the situation in the United States with the Democrats and Republicans having to work together.
