Roland Griffiths discusses how the effects of psilocybin are dose dependent, with the probability of mystical and challenging experiences increasing as a function of dose. The probability of difficult experiences increases significantly between 20 and 30 milligrams per 70 kilogram, so a dose of 20 milligrams per 70 kilogram is less likely to result in very challenging experiences.
