Sulforaphane Activation

Jed Fahey explains how chewing on fresh vegetables containing glucoraphin releases a compound similar to sulforaphane. This system is found almost exclusively in cruciferous vegetables and activates NRF Two, but not to the same degree as sulforaphane.
