I've just finished the first essentials episode. I'm really trying to work on my golf swing mechanics. Am I correct in now thinking that if I practice the particular movements that I'm trying to ingrain with a particular chime or bell on repeat in the background and later sleep with that same sound on that it will increase the chances of ingraining these movements into my swing? Thanks

discussed how certain background noises, like white noise, can enhance learning in adults by activating specific neural circuits, such as those in the dopaminergic midbrain regions. This can potentially improve performance in tasks requiring working memory and attention as long as the noise is at a low intensity—not too loud, but perceptible 1.
While specifically mentions white noise, using a specific chime or bell might have a similar associative effect if it's consistently used during both practice and sleep. The idea is to form associations with the sound and the learning process. However, make sure the sound is not too disruptive to your sleep patterns.
It's also important to have realistic expectations. Associative learning with sounds might help, but the primary method for improving any physical skill like a golf swing is consistent practice and feedback.
