Hi. I'm a bit confused on what to do regarding this situation. Suppose I go out to a party and I go to bed very late, let's say at 5 am. Also, suppose I normally wake up at 9 am. What should I do in this case? Should I wake up at 9 (sleeping only 4 hours, but probably sleeping well the following night, and also having the possibility to take a nap during the day), or should I sleep more and lets say wake up at 13 (sleeping 8 hours but waking up much much later than usual, probably disrrupting my sleep)?
