• I am in need of some information on how to help myself follow through with ,almost anything, i am a 57 year old male that for as long as i can remember has had issues completing things ,projects, organization,generally anything that needs completing i have usually have issues completing.i believe that this has held me back in life( not doing bad ,but could be a lot better)this ,i believe has also either led to or has been caused by depression.if you can,please help
