    Causes

    The conversation shifts to the causes of erectile dysfunction, particularly in younger men. Huberman questions why many men in their twenties and thirties experience erectile issues despite leading healthy lifestyles. Malik attributes this to pelvic floor dysfunction, exacerbated by prolonged sitting and stress 2.

    Exercising 1 hour is not going to offset the day full of sitting. And so all of those things can affect pelvic floor function. So my theory is that that's probably the more common cause.
